Orfi Capital Limited is a company incorporated in Hong Kong under business registration certificate number 60022014.

It is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong ("SFC") and obtained licenses 4 & 9 from the SFC under number BBK322 in July 2013.

Orfi Capital launched its first credit fund. The fund was approved by the Luxembourg authority, the CSSF (‘Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier’), in August 2013.

Orfi Capital launched a second credit fund registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authorities in February 2015.
